Dual Graphics houses a full-service bindery equipped to score, fold, saddle stitch, drill, glue, and shrink wrap. Additional finishing services include perfect binding, comb, spiral and wire-o binding, case binding, UV coating, die cutting, laminating, foiling and embossing.

Our in-house finishing equipment is first-rate and includes the following:

    • Two Müller Martini stitchers used to collate signatures, fold covers, trim, count, and stack catalogs, magazines, or brochures in one operation – providing consistent, high-quality saddle stitched products. Two saddle stitchers give us redundancy and versatility.

    • Three MBO folding machines offer a variety of folding configurations, allowing more versatility in project planning. We offer enclosed, double-gatefold finishing and map-folding configurations for sheets sizes as large as
      26 x 50 inches.

    • Three Polar 45 Computerized Paper-Cutting systems allow for high-volume and precision.
      A jogging machine, strategically placed next to our cutters, offers substantial labor saving, while an automatic stacker next to the cutter ensures accuracy, quality, and speedy production.

    • The Rollem TR-42 produces multiple scores and perforations in a one-pass, off-line configuration. 

    • Our newest addition is our Yawa 30 x 40 diecutter.  This allows us hands-on capability to control production quality and scheduling.
