Jim Joyce, President & CEO

One of the original employees of Dual Graphics, Jim Joyce joined the company at its founding in 1971. Jim attended Orange Coast College and California State University, Long Beach, majoring in Business Administration; but his true education came at Dual Graphics. He began his career as a part-time driver, rising through the business to learn every detail of operations including bindery, pressroom, prepress, estimating, and sales, then serving as Plant Manager. In 1991, Jim became Vice President of Dual Graphics, and in 2004 he assumed the role of CEO, where he offers long-term knowledge and experience, as well as lasting client relationships. Always learning and growing, Jim is an active member in TEC, a group of CEO’s who share ideas and business experiences.
